The BuyRIGHT Pre-Paid MasterCard®, issued by MetaBank, is a stored value card designed for those who would like to take advantage of the rewards program and the shopping membership that this card has to offer.This stored value card does require payment of an initial load of $20. Funds may be loaded onto the card in numerous ways and although fees do apply to most funding methods, there is no charge to fund the card via direct deposit. Funds loaded to the account are available for future purchases made with the card.The card has a $29.95 account set-up fee, and cardholders have the option of choosing between paying a monthly fee of $4.95 or paying no monthly fee with a per transaction fee of $1. If the cardholder plans to make at least five card transactions per month, it would be beneficial to pay the monthly fee, since any more than five transactions would result in fees that would exceed the set monthly fee.Cardholders will have the option to sign up for the Credit Building Program. The program allows customers to make purchases online at SmartCreditShopping.com through a pre-approved $7,500 line of credit. The $7,500 credit line available for this membership is separate from that of the BuyRIGHT Pre-Paid MasterCard® Card. It is important to note that at least a $10 deposit is required for merchandise purchases. The cardholder's new account as well as their monthly payment history will then be reported to at least one major credit bureau.Through the BuyRIGHT Rewards Program, cardholders earn one point per dollar spent on general purchases. No yearly limit or expiration applies to these points. Cardholders can redeem points for ring tones, music downloads, prepaid wireless airtime, and long-distance calling cards.Cardholders will also have access to the BuyRIGHT Cash Back referral program, which will reward them with $5 if they sign up for direct deposit within 30 days and $25 for every cardholder that they refer.Therefore, those who are looking for a low cost option to build credit and would like to take advantage of the various programs may find the BuyRIGHT Pre-Paid MasterCard® to be more than adequate.

**Cardholders have the option to choose between a monthly fee of $4.95 and no monthly fee with a pay per transaction fee of $1.
***The inactivity fee will only be charged to those who choose the pay per transaction option, and it will only be charged after six months of inactivity on the card account.
****If the cardholder chooses the option to pay a $1 fee per transaction rather than pay the monthly fee, the total basic fee for the first year would be $29.95.
